Loverboy embodies one of the great archetypes of American rock music. They're one of those groups you say is your "favorite band" when you're tipsy with some friends listening to 105.9 The Rock at 4pm on a tuesday. But really, all you've ever heard was thirty seconds from "Workin' for the Weekend," or whatever the fuck it's called. We were gonna make some witty comment about how it's labor day weekend and Loverboy has that song, but whatever.
