FORTUNATE S.O.B.

John Fogerty graced the Mercy Lounge last night, we are super bummed we couldn't be there. We got word about it earlier that day and spent the whole rest of our day trying to persuade mom and dad to let us stay out late on a school night, but they weren't having it. Seriously though, mom & dad?? It's CREEDENCE. We caught him at The Ryman a while back [Remember that? When he came up on that big thing that lifted up through the stage and they were selling John Fogerty plaid-button ups for 60 bones. Kind of weird.] Either way, you couldn't have asked for a better way to kick-off the Americana Music Festival [which continues tonight through Sunday]
