You know, you wouldn't typically peg the Those Darlins babes as being the cave type, but apparently 333 feet underground in the caverns of McMinnville is exactly where they'd like to be. They're playing a show at Cumberland Caverns [where that final Silver Jews show was] this Saturday with the legendary Charlie Louvin. Darlins, from Murfreesboro, just put out their debut LP this past summer on Oh Wow Dang Records. That release party with Black Lips was one of our favorite shows this summer. Probably the sweatiest, too. We're super stoked for the Caverns show because: [1] It's in a cave. Underground. Seriously. [2] It's all ages [3] It's an early show, so we can still make it to JEFF/Chain & the Gang and [4] It's a party in a cave! Come on!
